Dreams Are Also a Bridge
In grief, love finds new ways to stay.

Sometimes we think dreams are just that—
random images, scattered memories, things that don’t quite make sense.
But when you have loved deeply… when you have lost…
dreams begin to feel different.
They become encounters.
I don’t know if dreams are truly a form of communication.
I don’t know if they come from another realm, from the soul, from God…
or from the deepest parts of our own heart.
But I do know this:
there are dreams that don’t feel like ordinary dreams.
They feel alive.
They feel present.
They feel real.
And when they happen… you don’t question them ✨.
I’ve learned that it’s not about explaining them,
but about receiving them.
About making space.
About honoring that moment for what it is: a gift.
At home, Andrés has a ritual that I find so beautiful.
Every time he dreams of Matías… he writes it down.
Without overanalyzing.
Without trying to understand everything.
He simply keeps it.
Like someone preserving a visit.
Because that’s what it feels like—
that in those dreams… Matías comes ✨.
If you are grieving, maybe this can help you:
– Keep a notebook by your bed.
– Write as soon as you wake up, even if it’s just a few words.
– Don’t judge the dream.
– Don’t try to force meaning.
– Just receive it.
Over time, you begin to notice something very subtle…
The bond doesn’t disappear.
It simply changes form.
And sometimes…
it finds its way back to you through something as gentle as a dream 💙.
