THE RACCOON AND UNCLE MARCO’S BIRTHDAY 🦝💙

Last Thursday, May 21st, it was Uncle Marco’s birthday.

That morning, we sent him a birthday greeting voice note from New York to Florida. While we were recording it, Matías’ giraffe started making noise, and I told Andrés:

—Record that too.

And just before sending the message, I added with a smile:

—Don’t worry, Matías is going to send you a manifestation. He’ll probably send you some little animal.

It wasn’t a formal request.
It wasn’t a ceremony.
Just a sentence spoken with love.

A little while later, while Uncle Marco and Aunt Ida were listening to the audio with their son, the dogs started barking insistently.

They went outside to see what was going on.

And there it was: a beautiful raccoon 🦝💙 calmly drinking water by the pool.

The curious thing is that they had never seen one there before.

So Uncle Marco listened to the message again and was left in shock.

Just as they were hearing that Matías would send a manifestation through an animal, an animal appeared that they had never seen in that place.

And it was a raccoon.

The same animal that has appeared so many times in our story.

The one that first began crossing paths with María and Andrés in New York.

The one that showed up as a small figurine dressed in blue.

The one that keeps appearing at unexpected moments, as if it simply finds a way to say:

“Hi. I’m here.”

Maybe the sign is never just the animal.

Maybe the sign is the exact moment it appears.

Because when something shows up exactly when you need it, exactly when you name it, and exactly when you think of someone you love, it stops feeling like just a coincidence.

And on that special day, on Uncle Marco’s birthday, the messenger appeared again.

With his little bandit mask, his tiny paws, and a quiet greeting for the whole family:
